All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times vary based on the destination, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
We offer Free Shipping for orders above a specific value, which will be communicated during the purchase process.

3. Delivery Timeline
Once your order is processed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeline. Typically, delivery within India takes between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
For remote areas or regions with limited access, delivery may take longer.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons), the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Kayden Foods Pvt. Ltd.. Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us immediately.
For damaged items, we may require photographic proof of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
If your shipment is lost, we will work with the courier to locate it. If the shipment cannot be found, we will offer a replacement or refund.
